On 4 August 2020, he was shot and killed in the upscale Gold Coast neighborhood of Chicago. The attack occurred while he was shopping in one of the boutiques with two others in the upscale Gold Coast district. The three people, along with FBG duck, were attacked by two cars with shooters pulling up, and four gunmen opened fire and were shot. Bullets hit FBG Duck in the groin, chest, and neck region. However, a security guard of a nearby shop was an eyewitness to this whole incident. According to him, this murder was a tragedy with no obvious reason.
The two other persons, the man and the woman, got serious injuries and were soon rushed to the hospital. As of that time, both of them were in critical condition. The shots were fired on them during daylight hours. The whole incident happened at about 4 pm on Tuesday. He was declared dead upon reaching the nearby hospital.
Police identified the FBG duck as the victim and notified his family. Therefore, this heartbreaking news of FBG’s murder shocked his family and friends. His close friends urged everyone to pray for his soul. Therefore, it is believed that two vehicles, a Ford Taurus and a Chrysler 300M, were used to flee the scene of shooting the rapper.
Funeral
Carlton Weekly’s funeral was in the John Missionary Baptist Church in Joliet on August 19, 2020. A gathering of friends and family bid him their last goodbyes on Wednesday (August 19). It was an all-white affair; FBG Duck’s mother wore a white leather jacket designed to pay homage to his 26-year-old rapper. In addition, a personalized pamphlet honoring FBG Duck was given to all the funeral attendees. FBG Duck had an estimated net worth of $1 Million.

His mother’s name is Lee Sheena White. FBG was close to her mother and loved her very much. Recently in an interview, she revealed that after Weekly’s death, she went through depression and anxiety because he meant the whole world to her. 5 men were charged with the killing of FBG Duck. All of them belonged to the O-Block street gang, famous for creating violence on the streets of Chicago. Their names are Charles Liggins, also known as “C Murda,” Kenneth Roberson, also known as “Kenny” or “Kenny Mac,” Tacarlos Offered, also known as “Los,” Christopher Thomas, also known as “C Thang,” and Marcus Smart, also known as “Muwop.”

Autopsy
According to the Autopsy report, a total of 38 gunshots were fired at the scene. Mr. Weekly was shot about 21 times all over his body. There was no chance of survival, and almost all of his arteries were damaged, and he bled to death.
